Hannah Levbarg

I’m a native Austinite who’s lived, worked and studied around the world and the country before finally settling in northern New Mexico in 2009. I love living here. My extensive business history before real estate includes small retail shop ownership (in partnership with my husband, James) in Bath, England, and work in research/business planning/financial modeling for small to medium enterprises across public and private sectors in the UK. I also have years of experience in web design, print production and high-level administration, and I even cooked in a resort bar and grill for two years.

I’m passionate about my work as a real estate professional in Santa Fe. In 2013, I changed my career path to become a Realtor®, and I haven’t once looked back. I’ve enjoyed closing smooth sales for buyers and sellers across many types of property, price ranges and areas.

Behind the scenes, I work actively on several committees in our Santa Fe Association of Realtors® and the Realtor® Association of New Mexico, and in Governing Board leadership for Women’s Council of Realtors® Santa Fe to help make our membership stronger, better educated and more successful in our field. In fact, for my service I was awarded Rookie of the Year in 2014 – a huge honor. I believe continual growth and learning is intrinsic to providing the best possible professional service in any business, and my active work on developing these is ongoing. I offer my clients market expertise, an intuitive ability to connect people and resources, excellent communication, skilled contract negotiation and a smooth transaction experience. Making my customers’ high desert property dreams come true is always my focus.
